Ø Backups, both inside and outside our firewall.

o We currently use Syncsort’s BackupExpress for this purpose.

o Inside the firewall, backups are spooled off to one of a Qualstar 6430, Qualstar 6220 (2 of these) or a Breece Hill T4/30

o Outside the firewall, desktop backups are spooled of to a Qualstar 6110

Ø Systems Administration – the care and feeding of our computing environment

o Sun systems: – Mistral, Chinook, Wind, Boreal and Tornado

o HP systems: Sahara, Esprit and Typhoon (more to come on line)

o Windows systems: Payroll, Payroll-DR

Ø Build installers for a variety of software ACIS uses, or that we provide to our clients

o ADI – Oracle’s Applications Desktop Integrator

o TeraTerm Pro, and an SSH module to provide secure terminal connections

o Retrofit to apply Oracle’s Advanced Networking Option to provide secure links for software that requires the use of SQLNet (ADI, ADP, etc)
