Help Desk Services

The ACIS Help Desk was opened for business on Tuesday March 1, 1994 at 7:30 AM. The Help Desk was the culmination of a nine month review of how ACIS could improve customer service.

The goal of the Help Desk is to find timely and accurate solutions to problem calls received at the Help Desk. The Help Desk is staffed by members of ACIS on a rotating basis and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Some of the servics provided by the Help Desk are password changes for Oasis, Mirage, Utopia and VX. Sessions may also be "killed" on any of the four machines mentioned above.
