The on-line Efforts application allows business managers to enter and validate monthly labor distribution. Inquiry access to historical labor distribution information is also available.

This application allows inquiry of directory information via the Web for authenticated users. You must have a valid Andrew id to use this application.

Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

HRIS is a system designed and developed by CMU to facilitate the collection and use of CMU employee data. It's functions range from aiding in the processing of the hundreds of applications for employment with CMU to (once hired) managing employee benefits information to paying the 9500 CMU employees. It is constantly being enhanced and upgraded to further aid in the maintenance of employee data.

HRIS is an integral part of the central administration in cluding Benefits, EEO, Human Resources and Financial Services. It also supplies data to numerous departments such as Parking, the Credit Union, the CMU Library systems and Campus Printing to name a few.

Salary Review

This system supports the yearly salary review process. Occurring in the March/April timeframe, salary review consists of setting new fiscal year salaries. The Salary Review system includes data entry screens, compliance checking, approval routing and approval processing. As soon as salaries attain final approval, future dated appointments are added to the DRIVE system.
